Dave Conners came up with this idea, and implemented it in the Court of San Diego County, California. The data was published on Jane Burgermeister's blog. I continued this in Huerfano County, Colorado on August 10, 2009, and received a stamped copy from the Clerk, which was to go to Judge Claude W. Appel - 3rd Judicial District Chief Judge. Now, it's your turn. As far as I know Dave Conners has no knowledge of, and does not endorse, what I'm describing here. I just feel that since it was his idea, credit is due to him. He wrote, "take action now." He says this will "stop... [their] plan to murder/enslave millions." I agree! If nearly all the county judges in the US are confronted with the data, we will be effective. There are good people in all branches of government. The odds are definately in our favor.Dave writes, "No judge wants to lose his job via a U.N. takeover, nor his life or health from a deadly flu or from poisoned vaccines to be forcibly adminstered to him and his family. Judges can convene Grand Juries and take other pre-emptive steps within their judicial powers." I agree with him, to a certain extent. Some judges may be seeking protection from their leaders, for themselves and their families, after a pandemic and lock-down of cities takes place. Those judges would be given other, higher, positions under a completed dictatorship.
Dave Conners explained that he went to the Clerks office, so they would hand it to the judge. The clerks office gave him a copy stamped, "RECEIVED 7-23-09 Clerk-Superior Ct."
However, when I went to the Huerfano County Colorado Clerk's office, I was unable to just hand in the forms, and receive a stamped copy. It is necessary for me to explain this to you, so that if and when you receive objections from the clerk, you will know what to say.
When you first see the Clerk, before there are objections, the first thing you explain to the Clerk is that you are filing this in order to comply with a law regarding MISPRISION. You point to the place on the document that shows MISPRISION. You make clear this is a COUNTY matter, and that this should be brought to the attention of "some judge or justice," not necessarily on a federal level. You explain that this is a NOTICE, that you are disclosing and making "known" to the "judge" certain information, as the law says you should. After you receive the receipted copy, ask the name of the judge, and write it down.
Your objective is to obtain a receipt -- a copy of the document with a stamp on it. If the clerk will not do so after your explanation, then you ask him/her to relay to the judge why you are filing, so the judge can give the clerk permission to provide a receipt. Say that you will return later, and ask when will be a convenient time to come back. Then, return on time. I did, and received a receipted copy.
Now, understand that you are not "moving the court" with this. You are notifying. You have no right to become a pest about this, and later ask what the judge has done about it. The judge, of his or her own accord, can take action by reason of conscience, desire for safety, or whatever. Then, again, he or she may choose to do nothing. It is only when you file some other form that requires action, something you pay for, and spend many hours carefully studying all the procedure, that you have the right to require further action.
Objections I received from the clerk are as follows:
1. To file this, we must have a case to attach to it, so all parties can see it.Reply: This is a NOTICE
2. Title 18 is a US code, so take it to a Federal District Court
Reply: MISPRISION Title 18 says any "person in civil... authority" or "justice of a particular State"
