He says that there are 4 elements to the first action, a petition to obtain a temporary injunction.  After those 4 elements are presented, and proved, go on to other steps.

                        4 ELEMENTS:
 

1. There has to be a threat of irrepable harm.

2. There has to be a threat that is imminent.

3. There has to be the unavailablity of any adequate remedy of law.

4. The threatened harm to the petitioner outweighs any potential harm to the respondent.
