This, along with the work of Oathkeepers in preventing this from having a chilling effect on free speech, gives the movement to stop the child kidnappers around the nation, a great deal of momentum.
While that momentum is there, it's time for all those supporting the return of the baby, to GET ACTIVE! We are all in this world together, and we must UNITE and work for the return of all the kidnapped children, and prevent it from happening again. You will learn of what some call "KARMA" and others "AS YE SOW SO SHALL YE REAP."I have examined a number of blogs, and other discussion groups such as FACEBOOK, with writing of this issue, as well as the Concord Monitor article about the demonstration on the 8th of October, that contains distortions. I also read MEDIA MATTERS and they should issue a retraction about some of their allegations.
I found a very interesting comment on YOU TUBE, in which a number legal issues were brought up. The most important, in my opinion, is the question of WHAT AN AFFIDAVIT ACTUALLY IS.
I've looked much of the speculation. I've given considerable thought to it. I'll mention some of it here.
Short of CRIMINAL ASSAULT on children, that follows with authentic judical process of same, there is no justification for taking the couple's child. Also, the child who is assaulted is the one in question, not a future child born in a hospital.
Whatever rules, statutes, or so-called "laws" are written to the contrary, if they interfere with the natural rights of human beings, they are NULL AND VOID.
Some of you reading this, who are young, do not understand what liberty means. The school systems have brainwashed it out of you. Liberty is the normal, natural, state of being human. Anything contrary to it is abnormal. Many of you young people have been given the false notion that an accusation is equivelant to a fact. Some of you believe that being arrested means a person is guilty, and police always tell the truth. Others have been given the idea that a conviction in today's courts is equivelant to guilt. No, that's all untrue. Because the educational system is totally corrupt, jurors, often enough cannot make rational judgements. Because young lawyers are taught to obtain plea bargains, innocent people go to jail listening to such incompetent advice.
The STATE has no authority to decide who is fit, or unfit, to care for a child. They only have the authority to remove a child from harms way if CRIMINAL ASSAULT or NEGLECT is the issue, and that there is sufficient evidence. Then, the matter may involve criminal charges against the caregiver.
CRIMINAL ASSAULT or NEGLECT are not normal disciplinary measures, such as spanking, yelling, or temporary deprivation of liberty. It's certainly not telling your child not to trust the government. It's not accidents in playgrounds, or a child being bitten by someone elses dog. It's not being a member of OATHKEEPERS. It's not the parents smoking marijuanna. It's not driving without a seatbelt. It's not owning firearms.
Also, the issue of so-called abuse of a spose is not necessarily connected to child abuse. If a spouse is abused, man or woman, they have the moral obligation to leave the home of the other, or force the other out of their home. If problems continue, they have the obligation to protect themselves and children with lethal force, if your life, or that of your children, is in danger. The STATE should not have to be a part of this, except to, perhaps, take away a dead body from the street, or dragging it from someone's home after a break-in. If you live in a city that does not permit firearms, use a butcher knife if it is necessary to protect yourself or children, or move away from such a city.
I've been in this country, the USA, for a long time. The tyranny has not always been here. As a child I'd have been taken from either of my parents under this tyranny, and it would have been wrong. In my childhood, and teenage years, I was acquanted with other families, and much of what went on then would, today, result in taking children from parents. None of the children were damaged psychologically in the long term, so there would have been no justification for taking them from the families.
Many of you reading this might have thought the STATE must have been justified in taking children from their parents. No, in hardly any of the many cases throughout the U.S., for many years, has the STATE done the right thing. Lies, routinely, appear on reports. There is a RACKET going on, throughout the U.S., where money is made through child sex trafficing, and the adoption racket -- with children chosen to be taken by hair and eye color. The money is shared by all who participate in this corruption. This is documented fact, and a number of researchers have been digging this information up. Even where there is some justification for an accusation of mild abuse, today many of the foster homes are rampant with far worse abuse, with sexual assualts commonplace, drugs forced on the children by the STATE, and near starvation.
